Do you wear eyeglasses? Do you just like the look of eyeglasses but don't need them?

That's me. I can see just fine.

But eyeglasses are so fun and trendy and with so many frame choices these days, wearing eyeglasses has even become fashionable. So why wouldn't you want a pair...even if you don't need them to see.

Eyebuydirect.com has a great selection of frames to choose from and they are very reasonably priced. They even have an eye try tool that lets you "try on" the glasses before you purchase. You just upload a photo and start clicking on different frames to try.

I had a lot of fun playing with the eye try tool. It was so simple to use and really fun to see what frames looked good...or not so good on your face. Here is a screen shot of some of the frames I tried on.

Those three options are just a few of the many styles that Eyebuydirect.com has to offer. I received my non-prescription eyeglasses yesterday and I'm really excited about them. I've never had glasses before. I chose to go with the Donna frames.

And this is what they really look like on me!

Eyebuydirect.com has generously offered one of my readers a pair of eyeglasses (up to $100, not designer frames or sunglasses). These can be prescription lenses or "just for fun" lenses like I did.

ACW333, March 23, 2009 6:07 PM: Wow, this giveaway is perfect for me. I've been wearing glasses/contacts for 18 years now and unfortunately my eyes are only getting worse! My doctor recommended at my checkup that I take my contacts out to let my eyes breathe (my eyes are getting worse!) but unfortunately the only pair of glasses i have are broken at the moment. I typically only wear them from the bathroom to bed and vice-versa. i would love to have a pair that looked great and I'd feel comfortable wearing to work for a day.

I've been looking at online sites becasue you can find great prices but it's hard to tell what they'd look like on me. the eyebuydirect site is great! I will definetly be buying a pair or two from here once I get my perscription from my doctor. I"m so excited!

Sadly my eyes are to bad for Lasik, my only cure would be lenses implants. Also sadly I have had to deal with horrid remarks about how bad my eyes are. I need a new pair of glasses so bad, I'm so afraid of getting the news that my eyes have even gotten worse and the cost to buy my glasses averages around 400.00 a pair, being unemployed just can't afford so this would be a godsend to win the prize. I liked the Leaf Old Rose Metal Eyeglasses, since my lenses are so heavy the smaller the lenses the lighter, and metal last longer then plastic frames.
