We are on the countdown!
Twilight will be released on DVD in 7 days. As the date draws nearer I'm getting more and more excited to see the film again.
I know, I know...I've said a trillion times already that I prefer the books to the movie. But that is the case with most books that are made into films.
In honor of the release date I'm going to give one of my readers a copy of Twilight on DVD.

I'm so excited that Twilight is coming out soon! I went to the theater and saw it 4 times. I'm obsessed & proud of it! My favorite part of the movie is the baseball scene. I wish they had played longer... My favorite character is Edward. Reason #1 because he's so sweet and reason 2 is because he's oh so hot!

I love the Twilight books. I just finished Eclipse yesterday. (I still have to read Breaking Dawn). Before Eclipse, I would have said I love Edward. Now, (sigh) I'm rooting a bit for Jacob. I guess they wouldn't be rival characters if the author didn't make us love them both a little. I don't have a favorite book yet, I love them all. My son saw the movie and can't stop talking about it. He is even reading the books (gasp, he hates books, lol).
I love Twilight so very much! I definitely liked the books much more than the movie, the movie seemed too awkward and slow at certain parts but then it also rushed through certain parts. Then again I still somewhat liked it. In the book, I love both Edward AND Jacob, so in a way I'm "unique" xD I mean, I guess I love Edward more but then Jacob is so very likeable! Ahaha. But in the movie I just love Taylor Lautner <3

I have only read the first and am currently reading the second. My favorite character is Edward, I also like Alice. I can't wait to compare and contrast the book and movie.

Great prize! I took my hubby to the movie in the theater and he liked it too. My fave book was the last one. I really liked all the vampire super powers and the final 'showdown'.
OK, I am going to admit here, and only here, that I am the only person in the USA who has not read this book. I've read "The Host" and it made me a fan of the author, but I just have not gotten to the Twilight series yet. So...if I win the DVD I'll be all caught up? asthenight at gmail dot com

The best thing I loved about the Twilight series is it got my tween daughter to read a book for once from the beginning to the end. She is a huge fan of Twilight her favorite book in the series is the first one Twilight and favorite character is Edward.

I am so excited to see the movie! I've of course read the books (well I'm currently on the third) but didn't get a chance to see it. I love how readable they are, and how you can "feel" the intense love in the booK!
I am the most uncool mom in the universe! I have not read the books nor seen the movie. I blame the kids(preschoolers). Once upon a time I was cutting edge. I love this genre of fiction so I am shocked that I had NEVER heard of this series until the movie came out. To say I want my coolness back is an understatement. I LOVE Twilight. I love the actors chosen to play the parts and love that Stephanie Meyer has a brief cameo. Yes the books are better, books are always better than movies. My favorite books in the series are Twilight and Breaking Dawn, the beginning and the end. I'm so sad its over. I do love the blonde jokes in the last book between Rosalie and Jacob. I loved Renesmee in the last book, she was so interesting.

I hadn't even heard of this series until the movie was coming out. Haven't seen the movie yet, but my son bought me the first novel for Christmas. I had it read in days, and quickly read the other 3! I really like the quality of the writing. Favorite character - Jacob - so glad things work out for him in the end.
I am so excited for the movie to come out. I do however, love the book so much better. I love a good love story and the relationship between Bella and Edward leaves me all giddy inside. I can't wait to watch it again and this time have my husband watch with me so I can hold his hand and feel all giddy inside.
