i'm an admin asst, so i spend ALL DAY sitting at a desk. i'm addicted to the internet, so i spend 1/2 the night sitting in a chair at home!! the problem??? bigger butt and bigger belly!!!!! I SOOOOO NEED THIS to keep myself moving!!

I sit at a desk all day, and hardly move at work or home. I wore a pedometer for a few months, and found on average I was lucky to break 1500 steps in an average work day. They say you need to do at least 5000 steps/day for any health benefit. I need this!

my computer and i are never very far apart. i am trying to lose weight and think this would be a great thing to do
I work from home and sit in front of my computer for 9-10 hrs a day. This would be a great way for me to multi-task and get a workout in everyday.
i'm out of shape! i need some in your face motivation!

YES!!! I need this!! I spend all day at a day job in front of a computer, and then come home and spend all night either in front of a computer or the tv. I need a life. :) Seriously, this would be GREAT!! The timely reminders are what make this a great idea.

During the birth of my son, my leg slipped and it popped my hip out of place. They have even sent me to physical therapy, which did not help much. As times passes, my hip is getting worse and worse. It is very difficult sometimes to just walk across the room because my hip pops out of place. These exercises sound perfect. I can't do traditional exercises and am hoping that this would help me finally lose that 'baby weight.'
