Things Remembered Review

I recently won a Things Remembered giveaway over at Baby Loving Mama. I was so excited to win this giveaway as I love jewelry (don't we all?).

I've visited the Things Remembered store in my local shopping mall several times...never to purchase anything for myself though. They have a beautiful selection of gifts for all occasions that can be personalized by having them engraved.

I bought my parents a clock similar to this one for their 25th wedding anniversary. I had it engraved with something like "After all this time..."
Yeah, I can't remember exactly what I had it personalized with. Sorry!

And for my sister's wedding I purchased a set of champagne flutes that that actually looked like one flute when placed together (hard to explain) and had them engraved with their names and wedding date. (I couldn't find these on the website).

It's really a neat store that offers extra special gifts for any occasion.

Ok, back to my point...
I won a Charm Story charm bracelet in a Mother's Day giveaway. I got to choose a charm for the bracelet and have it engraved how I wanted.

I chose the Sterling Silver Diamond Ring and Heart Charm





And had the front of the heart engraved with mine and my hubby's name.



And the back reads "August 13, 2005 I married my best friend". (Awww mushy, sappy).




I opted for something non-Mother's Day related because I already have a Mother's ring that my husband got for me last year. I wanted something to commemorate our special day (other than my wedding ring).

I'm so pleased with the quality of the bracelet. My pictures really do not do it any justice. It is beautiful and very sentimental and I truly love it.

I've recommended Things Remembered in the past many times when asked where to find a special (and reasonably priced) gift. And now I'm recommending them again to all of you. For gifts for new babies, graduations, holidays and special events like awards to your employees/colleagues you're going to find the perfect gift for the occasion.
