Lavera Make-Up Products Review

I have a love/hate relationship with make-up. I love to buy it, try it out a couple times and then forget about it. For work I wear mascara and maybe lip gloss or for the most part, lip balm.
When I first received the email to ask if I wanted to review some make-up products I was excited and apprehensive because I know how I am with stuff like this.
Then I read further down and read that the review would be for a mascara and a lip gloss...I was sold.
I was sent the Lavera Volume Mascara No. 3 Brown -
Lavera Volume Mascara with Advanced Shaping Brush adds lasting volume & length to lashes for beautiful, bright eyes! Nourishing extracts of Organic Jojoba & Wild Rose Oils deeply hydrate allowing flake-free volume throughout the whole day. This pure, paraben-free and heavy-metal-free formula rinses off with a mild cleanser and is ideal even for very sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.
This mascara goes on very smooth. I always apply two or three coats and this mascara allowed me to do that without my lashes clumping together. It didn't irritate my eyes at all...but I tend to need waterproof mascara because I'm one of those notorious eye-rubbers (as in I rub my eyes, silly) and always manage to either rub off my mascara or smear it all over my face. This mascara sells for $20.00 on the lavera.com website.
I was also sent the Lip Gloss No. 4 Transparent -
Lavera Organic Mineral Lip Gloss offers the wholesome purity & glow of organic extracts. Emollient and non-sticky oils of Vitamin E & Jojoba are repairing moisturizers. Crushed Natural Minerals add shimmer & an anti-aging Sun protection. Natural Berry aromas make this pure & luscious lip treatment a must have in your cosmetic bag.
This lip gloss looks "glittery" in the tube. I was a little worried that it would be too sparkly for everyday wear. But just looks like a super shiny gloss. I applied it over a favorite lip color I have (that I only wear when I go out) and it looked great. I have really full lips and always feel like a clown when I wear lip stick, hence why I always just wear gloss. This lip gloss sells for $16.00 on the lavera.com website.Lavera cosmetics can be purchased at lavera.com, target.com and cvs.com
All in all I liked these cosmetics. To be honest, the price tag is a little high for me. The quality is great but I just don't spend a lot of money on cosmetics.
Much thanks to Lavera and Mom Fuse for the review opportunity.

The mascara sounds really nice, I'm not a big gloss wearer, and the price is a little high for me for gloss. Thanks for the review, I'll have to keep it in mind, when I need more (just bought a new one).
