I did a giveaway for some SwitchFlops back in May of last year.  SwitchFlops are flip flops that have velcro straps that you can change to match your mood, your outfit...

They've recently released a line of Snap Shoes with the same feature.  The Snap Shoes are flexible ballet flats with interchangeable snaps on the toe.  The Snap Shoes are available in black or gold and there are many snaps to choose from.

I was sent the black flats for review.  Now, I wear a size 9.5 or 10 shoe...(hey, I'm tall...I'd look redonkulous if I had small feet)...I was sent a size 11 and they fit perfectly.  So my advice would be to get one size bigger than your regular size.  As had I gotten a 10 I don't know if they would have fit.  

I was sent the Angela (middle) and Rosie (right) snaps.  The snaps are super simple to change and the flats are very comfortable.   I've worn them with my work clothes and with jeans and they look great with both.
